What I share and teach isn’t just from the know-how of mentoring and helping my clients, but the very personal, intimate and deeply felt experience of my own.
And especially through the lens of the challenges of a highly demanding lifestyle, working full time (I ran my own law firm), raising my 7 children, three of which were born in my 30s and my last baby born when I was 42 so I truly know about hormonal fluctuations!
I have been up close and personal with midlife hormonal transition symptoms that were not diagnosed. I have suffered, felt alone, and embarrassed by what I was going through. I know the traps keeping us struggling with weight- especially belly fat, emotionally turbulent, foggy and tired.
For context I had learnt to escape decades of my binge eating, my sugar and carb fixation and cravings, and honestly my poor body image, so I was sailing along… I thought that I got all figured out when I hit rock bottom with complete adrenal fatigue and a full blown inflammation attack.
Shockingly, this doesn’t need to happen with the right education and tools.
Desperate for answers and evidenced based, body-affirming solutions and approaches that worked with my changing body and in step with my professional performance and busy lifestyle, after a LOT of trial and error…
I developed a methodology to heal and balance my hormones for boundless energy, free me of stubborn fat and old post-partum weight, and create a foundation of robust resilient mental and physical health… and take me through my 40s and into my 50s strong, lean, peaceful in body and mind.
